In celebration of International Women's Day we're shining a light on our Commercial team, a talented bunch who amongst other things manage all our financials.

Every month, they work in a constant cycle of applications to clients, payment collection, forecasting, pricing reviews and month-end tasks. They work closely with our Contract Managers, Contract Supervisors and Consultancy leads to ensure they are providing accurate information to clients and management.
Month-end is the busiest time of the month for the team as they check the sales figures and the spend for the month to ensure that we are being efficient, and that margins and targets are being met. The backup that they provide to our clients is key to enable CGS to be paid in full and on time, for the work we have completed.
