Paul Wilson, Managing Director: “My priority for 2024 is diversification. Building on the core knowledge gained in Highways and introducing additional sectors to the customer service excellence we are known for. Customers come back to us time and again for our high levels of safety, experience, and professionalism. As our workloads grow, we need to ensure we keep the principles and culture that made us successful in the first place.”
Lynne Morris, Director: “During 2024 my key focus is to support my team in being able to achieve the goals set out. Ensuring that we’re in a good place to support the growth of our business and to inspire others to excel in their roles.”
Jim MacPherson, Director: “My main focus this year will be on client relationships. Not only on building new ones but also supporting in locations where we’re experiencing contracts that aren’t operating as they should be. Coupled with that, I’ll be making sure we’re using our business management system to it’s fullest.”
Martin Osman, Consultancy Director: “This year I’m looking at how we enhance the delivery of Chevron Green Consultancy throughout our Operations business and through our wider client base. As ever, I’m keen to develop our teams to reach their full potential and increase their professional competency.”
Dan Taylor, Operations Director: “As we continue our growth and enter new markets, my priority this year is on our commitment to compliance. In addition, ensuring we keep working in an innovate way to become more efficient and sustainable for our teams, our clients and the planet.”
