CGS team rescue abandoned kittens on the A3
Published on 01 Aug 2024

Last month, one of our teams from our Curdridge depot was grass cutting on the A3 when they came across a box of four abandoned kittens left in a layby.

Despite having worked all night, Harry rescued the kittens, took them home, fed them and gave them kitten milk.

By the end of the day he'd found homes for them all, keeping the smallest one for himself. Names Chevvy and Ron were in the mix (did you see what we did there 😉) for Harry's kitten but he settled on Dot as the name.

Dot and all the kittens have settled well with their new families. A huge well done to Harry for his kindness and care with the kittens.
