The benefits of being in nature are undisputed. Whether you're lucky enough to work outside or get outside in your spare time, being in nature can positively impact all areas of your life.

Here are just some of the benefits of spending time outdoors:

💚 boost your mood

💚 enhance your creativity

💚 improve your memory

💚 reduce your stress levels

💚 increase your energy

We're so lucky that the majority of our work takes place outside from the operatives on the ground, to the surveying team in our consultancy division, so many of our workforce spend a huge part of their working life outdoors.

As well as the mental health benefits listed above, did you know that spending time outside improves your teamwork abilities? Even if you're desk-bound in your job, can you plan some outside time as part of your day?

A walk before you start work, or perhaps a walking meeting rather than another Teams call, how about some time outside thinking or planning? We know from experience, the moment we change our location, the ideas start flowing.

We have a number of vacancies for roles based outdoors, head over to our careers page to find out more.
