Our climbing arb team deal with an overhanging tree in Yorkshire
Our climbing arb team deal with an overhanging tree in Yorkshire
Published on 19 Sep 2023

Our work takes us far and wide, from highways to rail, utilities, public sector, and residential properties.

Our client in Yorkshire asked us to work on a crown reduction and cut back a tree that was overhanging a domestic property. Due to the size of the tree, the leaves and branches, known as arisings, falling in Autumn would be too much for the homeowner to deal with.

Our three-person Arb team, along with two climbing kits (one for use and one backup in case of a required rescue), a climbing saw, ground saw, and pole saw, reduced the crown and cut back the tree.

The team then used a tipper van with a road tow chipper attached to chip and remove the tree branches.
