My favourite piece of kit: I’d have to say the kettle! It’s relevant to most situations and there’s nothing like a good cuppa to warm, soothe, and mull over. Joking aside, having seen the fantastic kit and equipment we use, I don’t think I could pick a favourite!
My specialist skill: Is building exceptional teams. I have the ability to bring out the best in people, connecting them with others who complement their skills, so that everyone is working together efficiently and effectively.
My focus within the business: Growth, sales and standardisation. With depots across the country, unifying our processes will bring a more streamlined approach for our clients. In terms of sales and growth, I'm focusing on both diversifying into new areas and pursuing organic growth within existing sectors.
I love working at CGS because … I love a challenge. From what I’ve seen so far, the people are great. There’s a fantastic opportunity to be part of something special, leading from the front to drive the company forward. Our mission to safely create, maintain and preserve biodiverse habitats for generations to come, is very compelling.
