Chevron Green Consultancy Arb team work overnight night in challenging weather to complete tree condition surveys

Safety and minimising road user disruption are always front of mind when putting our projects together.

Our Consultancy team had a tree health and safety condition survey to undertake on the A303 near Rawridge in Devon. A total road closure was planned, so we had to finish the job in one night.

We had 4km of trees to survey throughout the night, so we packed it with two teams of two to get through it efficiently.

We had some challenging weather conditions to get through, with 50mph winds and horizontal rain.

But we completed the survey for the stretch of road and picked up several trees that need to be worked on.
