If you’ve ever sent an invoice to Chevron Green Services, then you will have come across Sue Williams, our Accounts Manager. What you might not know about her is that she is a serial adventurer.
Whilst travelling the world for the past 17 years, Sue has raised over £35,000 and counting for MacMillan Cancer Support. Sue has walked the Inca Trail, in Peru; climbed Kilimanjaro in Tanzania; walked the Sanctuary Train in Nepal; climbed to Everest Base Camp in the Himalayas; trekked in Cambodia; explored the Gokyo Lakes in Nepal; adventured in the Grand Canyon in the USA; and walked in Thailand.
This November she’s trekking the Avenue of Volcanoes in Ecuador. Over the course of eight days, Sue will trek south through Ecuador along a volcano-lined path with the added danger that some of these volcanoes are still active.
We love hearing stories of our team spending their holidays in thoughtful ways and we’re really proud of Sue’s achievements. If you’d like to support Sue on her November trek and her fundraising efforts for MacMillan Cancer Support, please visit her Just Giving page.
